Stay Warm and Paraben Free This Winter

As winter approaches, and drier climates warrant the need for rich, emollient moisturizers, shopping for a good product that is paraben free is of utmost importance.

Considering that up to 60% of what goes on the skin is absorbed into the bloodstream (SOURCE: Good Housekeeping Institute), applying such a controversial ingredient that has been linked to cancer and reproductive disorders, to about 60% of the body’s surface seems quite a health risk.

This winter, consider one of these natural, paraben free alternatives or while shopping, be sure to avoid products with any ingredient ending in “paraben.”
